Tim’s work employs a wide range of psychological principles and modalities, all of which are evidence-based. He primarily utilises psychodynamic and cognitive therapy approaches. He tries to assist his clients in nurturing their capacity for self-awareness, self-compassion and self-acceptance. His work is guided by the core values of care and kindness. He also sees great importance in working collaboratively with his clients and their family members / support systems, where possible.
